Pearls by the Lake Scholarship
The Pearls by the Lake Foundation proudly awards scholarships to graduating high school seniors in Kaufman and Rockwall Counties and surrounding areas. Eligible students must demonstrate academic excellence, active community service involvement, and acceptance to an accredited two- or four-year college or university.

Demekia Carter Merritt Scholarship
The Pearls by the Lake Foundation, in partnership with the family of Demekia Carter Merritt, awards a $500 scholarship to a graduating high school senior in Kaufman or Rockwall Counties and surrounding areas who demonstrates academic achievement and plans to major in Business, Accounting, or Criminal Justice at an accredited two- or four-year college or university.
